The Lost Conversation was born from what Dr. Dharius Daniels calls a unique irritation—that holy discomfort that pushes us to create what we wish existed.

So many of us have walked through grief, heartbreak, or emotionally charged decisions, only to look back and wonder: Would things have turned out differently if someone had simply told me the truth?

The truth about the process.

The truth about the pain.

And the truth about the practical steps that could have helped us heal and grow sooner.

This space was created for those conversations that often go unspoken—about parenting, love, friendship, faith, healing, and healthy living.

Here, honesty and vulnerability meet grace and growth.

My prayer is that as I share my own story, it invites you to find your voice, silence the lies that war against your mind, and embrace the journey toward wholeness and peace.
